I'm guessing it's related to Hero Quest, the Milton Bradley game from around 1990, which the rights were bought by Games Workshop (and both companies now owned by Hasbro). And I'm still downloading user-made content for the game, including the DragonStrike boardgame and pieces, D&D figures, and a stack of card stock to draw additional maps.
HeroQuest was almost too simple in its creation that most gamers just have to tinker with it. But the simple dungeon design and quick play can't be beat. Reminds me... did anybody out there ever play Mage Knight? I probably would have, if I didn't have to go out and collect all the pieces. (I already play Magic, thank you.)
Moved to Maryville, MO (north of Kansas City). Gone to graduate school.
I'll keep checking in, as I'm going to try to write some serious gamer articles
eventually, and try to have a friend host a website for me if time permits.
Going for a Master's in Education: English. Msg me if you want to say hi.
