Dear Fellow Agents,

Here is the situation report for Feb 21st 2008.

We here at G.C.H.Q. are going through some very needed growing pains.
The new site is coming along great and should be up by the end of this weekend.

I want to personally thank Jon Klement and Dan Keene for the creation of
the database that was needed to maintain the two new fan clubs and the active agent roster.

Here are some changes that are happening here at HQ

1. New look to www.gameclubhq.net
2. The return of Monthly Game Days.
3. New Location closer to St. Louis.
4. Creation of an Ambassador Team.

We are having to discontinue the "First-time Free" program due to abuse.

Also, we embarking on a visionary mission to get an even better location.
The Stratford Inn, our new home for G.C.H.Q., has several meeting rooms available for us to use.

We are using two of the smallest right now, about the size of what we used at the city hall in Union Mo. we will be using these meeting rooms for March's game day as well. But what is exciting is they have three other meeting rooms to use!

In April the new "Pool Room" will be open.
This is their indoor pool that is being filled in and turned into a large conference center. This is the next step up for us as we grow.

Gazebo Room
This room was designed with gaming in mind.

Grand Ballroom
This is our ultimate goal!

Think about playing Wii or some other game like
"Rock Band" or "Guitar Hero" or even "Fallout 3" on those screens.
We are also hoping to use this room for Temporalcon 09.
We will need 125 Pre-registered to access this room.

So lets consider G.C.H.Q. as a game that we can level-up.
The more people who pre-register the better the experience will be.
So lets get out there and get the ball rolling.
