What’s Distracting Patricia?
In Showcase Presents: Batman Volume 1 there’s a story about this crazy woman named Patricia Powell who wants to be a police detective! A woman! Trouble is, she’s got a terminal case of the swoons for one Bruce Wayne, so much so that when she hears his name or even sees his initials, she goes all doe-eyed and starts dreaming of cooking him waffles or something. Here’s this effect in action:

I love how you can tell she’s thinking of Bruce Wayne because there’s a little picture of his bodiless floating head!
I thought this panel had all kinds of potential. For example, here she is zoning out over some delicious pie.

And now the object of her obsession is Dave Campbell of Dave’s Long Box:

Here she’s been mesmerized by the enchanting song of Jigglypuff:

So tell me about it, folks. Here’s a blank one so you can do your own. What’s distracting Patricia this time?
