As many of you who have had to listen to our endless rants about househunting already know, the Schwinds have been trying to find a new place to live, one that would be large enough to accomodate Anarkey's parents. Last week, we thought we had found it, but we didn't want to say anything, because we'd already had one offer on a different house fall through. - - - -
Anyways, after looking at at least two dozen houses and making an offer on one that the owners didn't accept, we finally have a contract for the house we saw last week. The house, for the curious, can be seen here.
We made an offer, which the current owners have accepted, and now we just have to line up our mortgage financing and so forth. We'll keep you posted on the progress.
