I don't shop on ebay that often. Pretty infrequently actually. And I consider myself a pretty careful shopper. I look at how much shipping is going to be. I read the descript so I'm not just buying the BOX of the object I want.
Still, some people choose to over-charge. I recently ran into this and left my first negative feedback on ebay. I have the whole thing documented here.

Am I quibbling over $4? Sure. Consider it a moral obligation. The guy is likely to give me negative feedback as well (over what exactly remains to be seen). I paid him within hours of getting the invoice. AND I got over-charged. Not sure what HE has to complain about.
And on something that costs $15, $4 is a lot, percentage wise.
I should have known there were going to be problems when he said he 'packed it real nice' and it arrived in a frozen-pork-paddies box.
