Sorry about the outage. We were offline for about 6 hours on saturday (2003 01 25). I was replacing two batteries in two UPSes (yep, I had two go bad within days of each other), and in the process of re-wiring, I accidently took the web server down.
So, our apologies to those sites that we are hosting.
